We want you to love your MIGA pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@migamode.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange! Just let us know in your return request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right.
